Please allow us several minutes of your time to introduce ourselves. Recently Catherine and George Bowness purchased Cadman's Funeral Home 114 Alma Street Moncton.

Catherine is a Registered Nurse who was born in St. John's Newfoundland and was raised in Moncton. She graduated from the Moncton Hospital School of Nursing and had worked for many years as the Head Nurse of the Cardiac Care Unit at the Moncton Hospital before moving, with George and their children, to Saint John where she worked at St Joseph's Hospital as Head Nurse again in the Cardiac Care Unit and as Emergency Cardiac Care Coordinator with the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation.

George was born and raised in Moncton and started working in the funeral service field at Tuttle Bros Ltd. After working with Tuttles for 10 years the family moved to Saint John where George was employed with Brenans and Fitzpatrick Funeral Homes. After eight years in Saint John the family again moved this time back 'home' to Moncton. Where George was manager of the as yet to be constructed Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cathy facilated the Grief Support Program. Cathy also worked at the Moncton Hospital and for the past 7 years had been a Senior Nurse Associate with Cliniadata. Now both she and George are devoting most of their waking hours to their newest venture, business owners of Cadman Bowness Funeral Home.
